Website enquiries

When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter so we can review and respond to your enquiry. These may include your name, email address, phone number, company, project or site location, state, project type, preferred contact method, timing, scope preferences and your message.

The form is delivered using Formspree. Formspree processes the submitted fields to deliver the enquiry to Kings Joinery. We do not send contact-form values to Google Analytics. You can read the Formspree privacy policy.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is optional. It loads only on kingsjoinery.com.au or www.kingsjoinery.com.au after you select Accept analytics. It does not load on local development, Vercel Preview or Vercel default domains.

If accepted, Analytics helps us understand which public pages are visited and how the website is used. It may process technical information such as browser and device type, approximate location, page path and visit timing. We do not configure Analytics to receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry messages, uploaded files or other form values.

Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation consent remain denied. Google signals and ad personalisation features are disabled. Google Analytics event and user-level data for this website is retained for up to 14 months.

Cookies and your saved choice

Before you accept analytics, the website does not load Google Analytics or set its analytics cookies. If accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and a _ga_<measurement-id> cookie to distinguish visits and maintain session information. Google's standard GA4 cookies may remain for up to two years unless deleted earlier.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the website can remember it. Selecting Reject non-essential leaves the website and contact form fully available.

Change or withdraw your choice

Use Cookie settings at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further Analytics collection from this website and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for the Kings Joinery domain. You can also clear cookies and local storage using your browser settings.
